Yuji Takai
Founder and Representative Director
Yuji began his career at Schal Bovis Inc. in Chicago,
gaining hands-on experience in construction and project management. After transferring to the Japan office, he led numerous office fit-out and new development projects.
He later joined Asia Pacific Land and Phoenix Property Investors, where he managed acquisitions, operations, and dispositions across a diverse portfolio of assets.
In October 2018, he founded B.O. Asset Management to deliver thoughtful, flexible, and reliable real estate solutions—combining global insight with local precision.
